Subject to Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we do not offer refunds on domain names.
Where we are required to offer a refund under the ACL we will do so in accordance with this policy.
1.2 Refund Process
Where you are eligible for a refund under the ACL, to initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@greatdomains.com.au or on 1300 158 835. Provide your order number and details about the product/service you would like to return. We will guide you through the process.
Upon receiving your request, we will inspect the product/service and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
